World’s Largest Art Show
If you are thinking about having your own art show this year or next year I want you to give some serious thought to joining us in participating in the World’s Largest Art Show in 2014. There will be two, March 29th through April 6th and one for the Holiday Season, Saturday, November 29th through December 7, 2014. Then we will have two shows per year each year. It is free to join and you can have your art show anywhere, and at any times you wish during those dates. You will have your art show during the same time as 100s if not 1000s of artists all over the world. There are many benefits of having your own art show. They are thoroughly discussed in the Art Show Monthly, a newsletter that I publish. I recommend that you take a look at that newsletter. Why should you have your own art show? There are over 10 good reasons. Publicity, by joining the World’s Largest Art Show you will receive free publicity opportunities that no other art show can present. Inexpensive, you do not have to pay someone else to rent a place for your show, such as craft fairs. Where you have your show is up to you. Your schedule, the exact schedule of your show is up to you, the days and the hours of your art show are set by you. Your time, you can choose how much time you choose to work on your show. Profit, the amount of profit you want to make is up to you by choosing how much time you wish to devote to your show. Free listing, you can list your show on the World’s Largest Art Show web site. Fun, you can have fun while you work on your projects knowing that you can make what you wish. Enjoy yourself during your own show! You do not have to pack the car, set up your “show” at a craft show, and be wore out before you start selling. Less completion, you or the people you choose to have a show with you are your only competition at your show. Why do craft and art shows, where there is a lot of competition for your profits. No advertising, you can say this money and spend it on more projects and refreshments during show. Old customers, have an opportunity to visit your show in a quite private evening for old customers only. Friends and relatives, you can sell to your friends and relatives by just have an evening for them at your show. No pretense of wanting to sell to friends and relatives, just send them an invitation to relax and see your show. Theme, you will have a theme for your show. For each show we can decide on a theme for it, and this can eliminate one of the reasons we do not have a show in the first place. Motivation to get started, by knowing the date and the theme makes it easier to get started and know what you intend to sell. It is all free to subscribers of my newsletters. Two years ago, I wanted to have the World’s largest art show all around the world, with every artist having their own art show, at their own location, but all on the same dates. The problem came when I found that Easter, for that year, landed right in the middle of the show. Easter was on the most important days of the show, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. I had to cancel the plans. It is now time to have it! Everything is perfect to have it in 2014, March 26 through April 6, Saturday through Sunday. This is nine days, but every artist can set their one times and pick which days they wish to have their art show open. They can have different hours on different days, and they can be closed on different days. The important thing is to have your art show during these dates. If you wish to maximize your profits, you would begin it on Saturday, March 29 and close it to the public after Saturday, April 5. Sunday, April 6 would be set aside for your private “End of the Show Party”. Then we can do it again in November!

5. The location is up to you too! Each artist will choose their own location. Your art show could be in your living room, den, dining room, kitchen, basement, front yard, back yard, your neighbor’s house or yard, your local park or pavilion, your church, in your RV, in a warehouse, store front, gallery, an empty barn, a corn field or any where you want it!

7. Participation in the World’s Largest April Fool’s Joke. You do not have to participate in this part of the World’s Largest Art Show. However, if you do you will greatly increase your profits through the extra publicity and sales to the new customers that it brings to our show.
