My Bio: I am a husband and father of two and have been teaching for over 40 years. Longmont, Colorado is our home now and I live there with my wife, Kay. After teaching Silversmithing in all 50 states for the past 30 years or more, I am retiring to do more art work and other projects. After graduating from Pittsburg State University with a BS in Education in January, 1969, and a MS of Vocation Education in August, 1969 I taught in public schools for 14 years. After learning Silversmithing from Earl Boyd, an 80 year old character that was a well known Silversmith in Colorado, I began teaching private classes in Silversmithing and Lost Wax Casting. I consider my self as a husband, father, teacher, Silversmith, artist, author, salesman, and entrepreneur.
